About us

and den is a curated vintage and replica furniture shop based in Subang, Selangor, Malaysia. These terms govern the purchase and reservation of items through our shop, whether in-store, via Instagram, or via Telegram.

Account responsibilities

Staff accounts are issued by the shop owner. Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. Report any suspected unauthorised access immediately.

Reservations and deposits

A deposit is required to reserve an item. Deposits are non-refundable unless the shop is unable to fulfil the order. Items are held for a reasonable period agreed at the time of reservation; after which the shop reserves the right to relist the item.

Items sold as-is

All items — including original vintage pieces and replicas — are sold as-is. Descriptions and photographs represent the item's condition at the time of listing. Vintage items may show signs of age and wear consistent with their provenance. No warranty, express or implied, is provided for any item sold by and den.

Delivery

Delivery is arranged by the shop and is available within the Klang Valley. Delivery fees and scheduling are confirmed at the time of purchase. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery completion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, and den shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the purchase, use, or condition of any item. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.

Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve any dispute informally first. Contact us at [TODO: contact email] and we will respond within 7 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be referred to the courts of Selangor, Malaysia, under Malaysian law.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
